Introductory course online (for organisations)

In this online introductory course you get to know the four steps of nonviolent communication: observation, feeling, need and request. Every example comes from working life. The course consists of three online sessions of 2 hours each.

This is the same course as the regular introductory course, with examples from meetings, deadlines, feedback conversations and collaboration. Bart is present at every session for explanation, demonstrations and guidance. You also get access to the online learning environment. There you will find the theory, the handouts and exercises to work through at your own pace. After the last live session you can keep using the learning environment for 180 days.

Training structure
