In this online introductory course you get to know the four steps of nonviolent communication: observation, feeling, need and request. Every example comes from working life. The course consists of three online sessions of 2 hours each.

This is the same course as the regular introductory course, with examples from meetings, deadlines, feedback conversations and collaboration. Bart is present at every session for explanation, demonstrations and guidance. The theory and exercises are waiting for you in the learning environment, to work through at your own pace.
