How and what we communicate strongly determines the quality of our relationships. When we criticise, blame or force someone, this evokes resistance rather than understanding.
If we want connection and goodwill, a different approach is needed. Nonviolent communication helps transform patterns of judgement and blame into clarity, empathy and collaboration.
I am a certified CNVC trainer and have been giving nonviolent communication trainings since 2006 — for individuals, teams and large organisations.
