When you realise how valuable Nonviolent Communication is for you, and how challenging it sometimes is to put into practice -- a practice day offers the opportunity to explore your own situations, practise skills and find inspiration.

Training structure

During the practice day you will practise a lot. At the start we determine the programme together. You bring in what you would like to practise, for example dealing with anger, difficult conversations, complaining colleagues or snoring partners.
