Individual learning programme
Sometimes you learn a new way of communicating best with individual attention: course material, practice assignments and practical guidance tailored to your learning goals.
How it works
We always start with a 15-minute introductory talk. You tell me which communication questions you want to learn to handle, I explain what the programme looks like, and you get a feel for whether this form of education suits you. No pressure, no obligations.
In all lessons I work with the course material of nonviolent communication. We analyse case studies from your own practice, apply the model, and you take practice assignments home to keep training on your own, in the online learning environment. This way you learn to observe and express what you need more clearly, and to enter difficult conversations rather than avoid them.

Walking
Prefer to move rather than sit? Then we practise while walking, in the open air.
