Introduction course online

In this online introduction course you will get acquainted with the four elements of nonviolent communication: observation, feeling, need and request. The course consists of three online sessions of 2 hours each.

Bart is present at all sessions for explanation, demonstrations and guidance of the exercises. You also get access to the online learning environment. There you will find the theory, the handouts and exercises to work through at your own pace. After the last live session you can keep using the learning environment for 180 days.

Training structure

What do you say to yourself when things happen that you find difficult? Before you say anything, it is wise to first ask yourself why and what you are reacting to and what you want from the other person. You will get acquainted with the four elements of nonviolent communication: observation, feeling, need and request.
