Follow-up course online

This course builds on the three-session introduction course. You will further deepen and practise the process of nonviolent communication.

Preferably you practise with situations from your own life; both personal and work situations. After each session you receive theory and exercises by email as PDF.

Training structure

How do you react when someone criticises you, blames you, or does not do what you expect? Are you open and curious about the needs behind the words and actions of that person? In this session you practise hearing difficult messages in four different ways.
